Sara Quayle Safety Training

how can i help you?

Ever since leaving the Royal Navy in 2008, I have spent most of my time working in and around the construction, rail, and manufacturing environments, both as an instruction and adviser in health and safety subjects.

It became very clear that although there are a lot of knowledgeable, skilled, and highly qualified people working in these industries, time was a massive factor in getting or keeping themselves and employees up to date with current regulation, best practice, and mandatory training. I aim to help health and safety managers find relevant, clear, concise online training so that they and their workforce feel confident and competent to carry out their work and understand the hazards associated with their working environment. Achieving this without having to take time off the job, traveling to training locations, or doing courses at a weekend!

I am not saying that online training can always take the place of face to face or practical training, for many courses like first aid and working at height a practical session is a must, for a course that can be done by distant learning then great let’s do it. For first-aid use an online course as a refresher or CPD. The HSE recommends that an annual refresher is taken for first aid anyway, so this is a great time to use an online course.
